This SovCit doesn't know that this judge was doing everything in his power to uphold the sixth amendment - including having counsel assigned and having the charges explained to him. It doesn't say that he gets to confront his accuser - the sixth amendment states he will be confronted by the witnesses against him - but that is for a later time. All things need to be done in order so that his rights are maintained.

I'd wager his issue is less one involving a lack of studies and more about him just lacking a chromosome or three.
