I have it the last 4 days. It hurts so bad at night. Especially when i lift my foot up and take the oressure off it. It feels like i been standing on one foot like on my tippy toes. Its in the front heel pad on right side of my right foot

My podiatrist gave me a set of 3/4 arch support, they’re hard, for my shoes. It makes it quit being irritating. I also have moved up half a size and to wide width in my shoes.

Is there ways to strengthen your big toe? I have foot hypermobility which also gives me pain in my achilles. Apparently it comes from the Soleus muscle being so tight. But I haven't seen very many strengthening techniques for the big toe on YT or effective stretches for the Soleus.

I had foot surgery for Morton's neuroma, but I still have pain like there's a lot of internal scar tissue under the bottom of my foot. The pad might help the problem.

I put thick insoles in me shoes and it gave me the mortons neuroma. It's not bad but it prompted me to throw out non wide shoes.
