Sir The pension rule 1951 ( as a whole ) family pension rule 1964. Please clarify If the punjab government employee who retires on or after 1.12.2011 dies before attaining the age of 65 years his /her family pensioner will get 50 % pension (as the original pensioner receives) up to the original pensioner attaining the age of five years.It is requested to make a video on the above subject. Family pension rule 1964 is the same rule for central government employees but it is upto the riginal pensioners age 67 years because , the central government employees retire ay at the age of 60 years and punjab government employee at the age of 58 years .Both government give 7 years benefit or full pension to the family pensioners.Thanks
