Do you have struggle breathing during tic attacks? It looks like it, but maybe it's just a sound or something. (Sorry I don't know much of it)

You’re fine! And yeah, sometimes I do because it stresses my muscles and can be in weird positions n stuff :-(

Couldn't you squeeze a stressball and put the energy into the ball to maybe release some of the energy I'm not an expert on tics I only have anxiety tics and that helps me

It doesn’t exactly work like that when I’m having a tic attack. Sometimes fidgets may help minor tics, but for me a tic attack is often the result of suppression, so I have this build up of energy and premonitory urges that I can’t help. It’s almost impossible to distract my tics during a tic attack. :-(
