I've been dealing with chronic painful urination (over 3 months) I've had Chlamydia, gonorrhoea test come back negative for both genital and rectum, and UTi tests urine sent to lab for analysis and swap both negative for UTI I'm so tired of dealing with symptoms. I have pain while urinating and very small amount of white discharge from my penis frim tge next day i had a risky sexual activity with my girlfriend so i went to the Urolgist . He told me most provably it is gonorrhea or chalamydia therefore i did urine routine test where the leukocytes where negative and in urine culture there was no sign of bacterial growth and my symptoms went within one day i started medicines so what is this case you think? Werent you diagnosed with Dysuria... Like you feel a burning sensation when urinating, you have a white discharge and most times your urine is kinda darker... I had that, and was diagnosed with Dysuria. Was treated with injection and given 1 week medication. I am now very much okay

Yes please talk about urinalysis , its a high ketones 20, with thrombocytopenia a marker of infection, if patient has normal blood sugar levels. I know up to 40% of patients with diseminated STDs dnt present leucocytosis.

That's right! Chemical irritation or mild trauma can cause temporary pain in the urethra. Still, our priority is to exclude an infectious cause. Simple irritation will improve without treatment, but failing to treat an infection can cause all kinds of problems for the patient and their partner(s).

Simple question dr. Trying tell if I got uti or sti, first off feel burning at the tip and testicle and but no digarch but once and was clear did some research and said clear discharge most likely UTI. Which I am thinking just trying make sure went and got urine test still no call so probably nothing serious, what I think happened been drinking to much a kidney stone got stuck in urethra causing the infection because to much beer and whiskey and not enough water what is your opinion it isn't burning all day just after drinking anything other than water and especially caffeine and alcohol when drinking alcohol one beer and felt like constant needle being stuck in the tip of penis.
