It's a misconception. Kyle and FPS are friends who look similar. They sometimes fill in for each other. It's why in some PKA episodes Kyle doesn't talk much, and in some FPS Russia episodes they avoid close-ups. You can slightly tell them apart by Kyle's mole and the difference in the way that they blink. (to clarify FPS isn't Russian, he's from Ontario)

I knew that kyle was FPS Russia but i still, before i connected the dots and worked out it was Russia, i had guy in my head that I imagined he looked like. He was a 5.11 slim guy with dark almost black hair. This is a sad day for me, that guy is no longer with us. Cool that they actually show kyle tho. Just a shame the kyle i knew has gone. On the weight loss thing, 2 pounds a week is actually healthy. If you do much more it takes longer for your body to acclimate itself. Two pounds of fat is 7000 calories, thats a third of a normal day's food

Woodsy2575 losing 7000 calories doesnt mean not eating 7000 calories, you can eat your daily 2500 and just lose an extra 7000 with exercises. that healty and the way you should go

Woodsy2575 If you need 2000 calories to live and you eat 1400 calories a day and run 400 calories off, you are losing 1000 calories a day which is 7000 calories a week or 2 pounds. I personally think weight loss should be a bit more mild and gradual than this. When I needed to lose 20 pounds, I was dropping right in between 1-2 pounds a week, probably 1.5. It felt good but 2 pounds a week may not have felt as nice.
