Hey, I read somewhere that there is a reason for using the orange markers on a green screen and pink markers on a blue screen. As the markers will mostly be visible in the red channel only and there is a way to key them out. Did you show that method in any of the parts of this tutorial?

Hi there, I believe i discuss keying out markers briefly.. But no i don't demonstrate it on account of it was not really possible with the footage i shot. Normally you'd want the markers only visible in one channel for it to be viable. In my experience it's extremely rare that you'd get footage where you can key the markers out to a satisfactory standard. I would never use keys to deal with markers unless it was a situation where there was a lot of soft hair over it and restoring the hair would present too many challenges. IMO using keys can often give you a quick result, on account of it being procedural, but they are often pretty imprecise and don't give you a lot of control. There is a tutorial floating around somewhere that demonstrated the method you're talking about. I think it was a written tutorial though.

If in any of your future tutorial you can demonstrate how to key out markers, that'd be awesome. Thanks again Michael!

My roto shape have a 1 pixle halo around it when i merged it with denoise plate, How can i fix it !? 16:28 personally i think its because of the feather of the shape. but adjusting the feather of the shape did not help.... (update) -----> i disabled the shuffle node and it fixed the job ! i dont know why that was a problem
