As a homeowner, I'm going to echo the comments in that the flat paint walls are going to be the bane of your existence. Especially dark like that. They will show a lot. Since you don't have final coats in, please talk with your designers and consider a different finish for high traffic areas.

I think you’re epically underestimating how much of a pain having Matte paint on the walls is going to be brother. Dont do it, satin at the lowest

😂 not really a pain at all. It’s paint hiding Sheetrock. If you clean your house regularly and you’re not constantly just wall climbing you’d never notice a thing. And when you do touch ups unlike sheened paint you don’t have to do the entire wall because of the oil being aged from time and weather. Honestly kinda depends on the life style. But I see your point but it’s definitely not that deep.

you can get one large central air system to run that house. It is definitely too much going on with the a/c then there needs to be. I don't know the square footage but a 5 ton a/c unit covers up to 3000sq/ft. If you wanted to, you could just move one of those units to your garage.

I hope you place step ladders in every room. Some of those cabinets are tall as hell and hopping to get things in/out is not effective. Just ask my aunt and her two daughters, none of the three are above 5ft or below the age of 40.

I don't comment often, but that AC placement hit me like a ton of bricks... I would highly suggest looking into Geothermal for your home. They're not cheap, but you recoup your investment EASILY. You have the land, I imagine it would be quite easy especially with the home not bein occupied at the moment. Love the home, and it needs all the goodies.

Cause she taller than me and I still wouldn't be able to reach the higher cabinets. So was wondering if she gonna put stuff there that she never uses or needs,or she gonna have a step ladder or step stool to reach the higher cabinets in the house. I'm just wondering

Quick question, why would they design the HVAC using multiple smaller condensers rather than one large condenser capable of servicing many different cooling zones (multi-split, VRF, etc.). That might be a more expensive option but much more aesthetically pleasing than 4 little units all in a small area

I agree with the community here on the flat paint Toonz. PLEASE DON'T DO IT. It might look nice, but you can't clean it, and if something gets on it or scraps it, your 💩out of luck. I've been in my home for nearly 10 years and I am looking into repainting ALL OF IT due to the flat paint. I HATE IT. I mean of course at the end of the day, you do ya'll man, but trust us on the flat paint part lol

I’m genuinely interested in knowing: are they married? I know they’ve been together for over a decade. Edit: just to clarify, nothing is wrong with not wanting to get married. They don’t have kids. Just wanted to know.
