Water :16Liter
Margaal Powder: 50g
Poly ROM Powder: 75g
Titanium dioxide Powder: 03 kg
Ti-Rose : 100g
Talcum Powder : 02kg
A-40 : 150g
P-820 : 100g
Anti Foam: 125g
Brighty Powder (2500 Mesh): 28kg
Acrylic Paste D-18: 08kg
Ammonia liquor: 100g
Nitrosole Powder: 200g
Cogin liquid: 100g
NP-9 or Storex detergent: 500g
MAJ Liquid: 250g
Texanol Liquid: 250g
Kerosene Oil: 100g
Perform According to Your Choice: 80g
Total Mixing Material Weight: 62kg
Continuous Mixing is required during whole process to Make smooth, uniform, evenly mixed homogeneous paste form Material......

Great knowledge sharing bro. The order of addition of ingredients need revision. The paint can be done in 40minutes max.Also add acrylic binder at the end with low stirring. Wash side of container after all powders have gone in and not at the end of the process.

For Making Weather Shield More Flexible & waterproof, you must have to add Polyurethane Binder 15-20% with Solid Contents minimum 40. Polyurethane or PU binder makes your weather Shield Solution more Flexible & Water peoof

If PU binder is not available, then you can add add water Base 60% Solid Contents based SBR with same ratio like 15-20% in your formulation. SBR means Styrene Butadine Rubber
