@@arasharfa I just had to look up CFS and I told a doctor about my sleep issues and how when I do rest no amount of rest makes me feel energized but they just told me a body in motion stays in motion. I don't know that I know what you're going through with adhd and cfs but I have a feeling I do and it is a struggle to do most anything. The medication would help me just get out of bed. So it has been a struggle to get up and work without it. So yeah the way they're passing it around like party favors is presenting a sour image. Thank you for your empathy. I hope you are managing with your symptoms as best as you can.
