Hello Delta, Canadian here (from QC) So the reason why cheese curds squeak is because of it's protein network called casein and they are held together by like calcium or wtv (not a scientist just a lover of cheese) which causes the rubbery squeaky effect when you take a bite into it! i love Very Delta, it makes my monday mornings

This is so perfect, the intersection of vibes and personalities, I feel like I am bridging worlds watching this. When I hear Scarlett speak my brain assumes that we were friends in elementary school, I feel like I know her for no reason.
