@@moshemeiryashar95 every document that doesn't have the word "tax" in it, has a reference to either the government or tax day. [SPOILER] The only exception I could find is the "nuclear hazard info sheet" but I guess at that point he just does it out of habit lol

make sure to try finding every document for a reward, you'll probably find most of them throughout the game, and I haven't played in a while but I'm pretty sure there's a place in the pause menu or something that lets you see a list of documents you've collected and how many documents you haven't found yet
