Thank you for being so compassionate about depression and anxiety. It's an actual, measurable disease of the physical and chemical structure of the brain, much like a heart disease is an actual, measurable disease having to do with the physical and chemical structure of the heart. I am very grateful that more and more people are realizing this is hard science and not people being over-dramatic. I'm so sorry to hear about your PTSD - it's a very unpredictable and paralyzing disease and not easily resolved. Those of us with PTSD are anxious that terrifying things *can* happen because they *have* happened. I hope you are okay.

It's why I left Facebook and what drives me into my art room. I own all of Jean Haines' books and this latest is one of my favorites. Thank you for the fantastic video. I have to agree with you 100%. I have always said those who cut people down on social media often times suffer from a mental illness and we must remember that and try to just overlook it and go on. Do not dwell on the bad things that they have said because they are coming from bitterness, anger and hurt.

Dawn Symonds i JUST got this book in the mail...looking at it now! YES! This book would be great for Alyona to review! Has pages that are “textured” so you can do the exercises IN the book....very nice! Want to start having fun with this now! I do recommend!

I get so angry with people who have nothing nice ro say!! Why can't they just keep their big loud rude mouths shut! I have never tolerated bullying, you are right they are alone in a cold lonely world, so that is why they want to be cruel! Because depression is hard enough 😪!!
