About the artist:
I've taught acrylic painting for beginners for almost 10 years on a freelance basis through a number of different studios. I also have been offering “pop up” in-home paint parties for private groups. I LOVE teaching painting, and my favorite thing is when my students unlock a love or a knack for creative expression because of taking my classes.
I started this KZbin show at the end of the year in 2019, with the hope of offering my “beautiful but do-able” paintings and step-by-step instructions with a worldwide audience.

Does the paint need to be acrylic? Can I use temperas? I invited my 7yo's friends over for a Halloween paint night and we're going to attempt this. I'm a bit nervous. Think we can do it? Or is there an easier one you'd recommend??

Hi there. Yeah these classes are actually geared more towards adults but can be good for school age kids too, a group of 7 year olds would make me nervous too haha 😂 I’ve actually never tried painting with tempera paints, they are totally different and are more for kids so I don’t know I’m afraid. It’s one of the simpler paintings though? I suggest trying it out yourself a bit, just to see how the black layers on the colors to see if it will work. Stay strong haha, embrace the chaos 😆🎃💕🙏🏻
