Painting 2 more reborns for the show

Hi, I'm April, I am a reborn artist, Mother of 5 and a Gigi (Grandma) former nursing assistant, medical assistant, and phlebotomist now disabled and wheelchair dependent due to genetic and autoimmune diseases, and spinal surgery. People with my genetic disease, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome are called Zebras which is why I named my nursery as I did. I love to make all types of reborn babies but open eye babies are my favorite. I mainly use air dry/acrylic paints and mediums(Golden fluid, RebornFX, and Ultimate Fusion) and I root most of my dolls but do some painted hair babies as well. I do tutorial videos and everything that includes reborn dolls and Ill also, infrequently, make a few videos about the rest of my life.

I've not seen one reborn baby on their advertising pictures yet...😧 Although they mention that there will come reborn babies too, but I don't understand why they don't put one in the pictures... Maybe it has to do with copyrights of the pictures of reborn babies. Congratulations with the two new kittens in your house😺😻. They will make some fun together, I suppose 🫣. Yes, the kittens are here...Ill put a video or pictures of them on my next one. They are so cute!! Yes, they usually dont show the reborns but there are many reborn artists that come to the shows as you know. I wish there was more reborn specific doll shows that were closer. I think the only ones are in the UK. I dont have the Instagram...can you give me the link? Thank you so much 🦓🤗

Its September 14th...so I have about 6 months give or take a couple weeks. The kittens are a lot of fun and very cute. Thank you so much for the feedback on my babies 🦓🤗

Dogs are more work but yeah...I agree 7 cats is a lot! We had 9 once but a few of them were my daughters, she was living with us. I told my husband he needs to finish the cattio asap!!! Thank you so much 🦓🤗

Hey fellow zebra!!! I have EDS as well. I have vascular type and had a cardiac arrest a year ago on my 39th bday. Today I get my first reborn doll kit from bountiful baby and I’m going to be trying this out now that I’m medically retired 🩷

Im so sorry...VEDs is the worst! I hope you have a good cardiologist and other good doctors that are keeping a close eye on you...sorry to hear you have already had a heart attack at such a young age. I have been diagnosed with hypermobile but our doctor thinks we have Classic type....We (my daughter, son, and I) havent bothered to go back to the geneticist to get tested. It doesnt really matter which one we have, they are pretty much the same in many ways. Good luck on your reborning journey. If you need any help just let me know.
