altar7 I just found this guy today and am shocked some of the numbers of "likes", "views"', "subs". He is special! I'm sure he is doing just fine for himself and he doesn't do it for the 'views' but it sure speaks on the people on KZbin.

You only become that good after practicing a lot with failures and doing the same thing over and over again! It's hard work you know!

Hey I've been incredibly depressed with my art work and when I picked the stylus up, it never felt right. I loved every minute of your video, and it was actually the only thing that lifted my spirits up. I'm an aspiring young artist with big dreams, and I really wish to be like you one day. Keep painting! I love your work.

The amount of implied detail in her head dress is giving me life. Everything about this guy's art is so impressive. He makes it look easy but at the same time it gives a good basis of how to paint in this style in Photoshop. I am blown away. I've been doing every drawing in a different style and this is the next style I wanted to tackle, thank you for the inspiration!!!

I've been an artist or over 20 years... I've never gotten into digital paint until now. I always thought it was so hard. I was so narrow-minded by my b&w pencil hyperrealism and I was always scared to use colour. THIS is inspiration.

I have yet to see a single negative comment yet .----. Your talent is light years ahead of its time, it's unheard of. This is insanely beautiful, and I wouldn't know how to describe the feelings it conveys. This is art with a true meaning.
@TabeaSuperman8 жыл бұрын
Your art is too beautiful to be put into words. Since you started I was in awe and I just couldn't let my eyes wander off. The colors, the mood, the woman. It's all fits so nicely!
@DanCanning6 жыл бұрын
This is truly incredible. The problem with doing digital painting is that many people will hear the word PhotoShop and no matter how incredible the results, they will simply think that you stuck a photo into PhotoShop and clicked on a few buttons to get the end result. More people should see the skill that is required to produce something of such incredible beauty.

Hi Julia, I am using the colour dynamics in the brush settings to scatter different hue and brightness levels. It is also available in CS6. You just push the sliders up and down for more levels of variation :)

Hey Aaron, may I ask you something? In the 1:26 minute, what is that program you used to drag and what is the purpose of using it? Thank you!

Hey Marcelo, all I used to do this was the 'liquify' tool in photoshops filter dropdown. In there you can push and pull your painting and reshape areas. I use this largely to correct my proportions if I feel they are a little off :)

If I may brother, one more question. Could you do a video on some of your "best practices" or disciplines that helped you get to where you are? I love art and drawing however, it's getting thru the "novice" stage it can be hard to know if on a path toward progress. Would be great to hear from such a skilled artist about the practices that helped you make "gains". Thanks again!
@AaronGriffin7 жыл бұрын
Jairu O. Oh no it's not a bother at all... Ask away. I hope in the near future to put out more in depth videos about such things. Areas I struggled on most and ways I learned to improve my studies. Once my work clears up and I have more time to record again. It would be my pleasure to do videos like that and help where I can. If I haven't posted anything in a couple months time... And you are still keen... Be sure to ask me again to push me along :)
