Thank you very much for the encouragement. Something you said rings true for me " if you want the exact same image, take a camera" "the photo already exists". I really enjoy your style of painting, because it doesn't concentrate on the small details, yet keeps the eye busy with so many things to look at. david gollop hi David. I use Saunders Rough 300gsm pretty much exclusively. I find I love the variety of effects it gives plus the bonus of it being strong so it can take a beating too.
