Never thought about painting my saddle! I love acrylics and have recently started doing some plein air painting here in N.J. As you pointed out the great thing about acrylics is that they dry fast and the bad thing about acrylics is that they dry fast. 😃 Still they are a great medium once you get the hang of them. Thank you for sharing this inspirational painting with us. I really enjoy watching you paint.

Thanks for your comment and you are right about acrylics being difficult especially when first using them. I've been using them since my early 20s so I'm very used to all the advantages and disadvantages of them and how to work around all of that. I also use acrylics when I paint outside so I don't have to carry around wet oil paints
