Top job mate! Didn't know you could measure using the end of the calibers I learnt a few things watching this! I did see on a video before that they used morimoto butyl rubber glue I don't think it bonds like tiger seal it requires heat to seal though. Thanks for the video man. Jobs a gudden

Sod sanding, what you want is some bleach, takes the crome right off no messing right back to bare plastic, then just prime and paint

I see that u masked off the reflector for the main beam, take it u don’t need to for the indicators? Will it still pass an mot etc with the indicator reflectors painted over?

Alan Donnelly ye it will still pass I have LEDs so they are really bright and don’t need reflectors anyway
