thanks again Mr. Metodiev , personally i like your techniques and the results you get! i tried many exhaust colors, and now that i saw how to get a better result using that filter technique - i hope i can make 1/32 exhaust stacks looking great!

Hi, thank's for that video :-) 1. I do not have a black primer. I have a Mr.hobby surfacer 1200(grey). It is important to do black before silver? I saw on other video, that other person also use black surfacer before silver. 2. What do You think about Tamiya Gunmetal X-10 15% + Flat Red BrownX 25% XF-64 + 60% thinner for Ju88A4 exhaust in Jamo211J? Or Silver and + brown filter (from tamiya xf64 i do not have VALEYO )like your's video?

Hi, for this application the colour of the primer does not matter that much. However metalizers are performing best over gloss black. The other colors are more or less a matter of personal choice. The colors I have used in the video are just a rough guide. I am not familiar with Ju88 but generally the colours you suggest should be fine... Some experimenting will help you get to the desired results. Best regards M.

Тези твои хау-ту клипчета са много надъхващи :) Показвай колкото се може повече, защото очевидно си единствения от клуба който се справя успешно и със заснемането на видео, освен правенето на хубави модели :) Поздрави друже :)

I have never seen exhaust that colar. Usually they are a rust brown.

Well the Color is a matter of choice, the technique should be the accent.

Hi ! i think Mr. Metodiev is right, and you're right too - i saw exhaust stacks rusted red/brown as you say,but i saw them also in bare burnt kind of metallic grey when they're not rusted, and also without rust but with a kind of stony coat (which it is,actually, from water and humidity boiled on them) - so it's a matter of where the aircraft is operating and how old it is... it's a great technique ,and we should thank him for giving us the tip! i was trying to achieve that result many times, now i know how to gain it !
