Blue fire is purer/hotter than yellow or red. Not that it matters much for a miniature. This science moment brought to you way too late :D

I hoped someone corrected that. I was not disappointed.

If you prime with a matte varnish, it helps the ink adhere

Thank you, I've been trying to paint a clear wing with black ink but the ink just acts like it's on glass or something, just pools in the crevices and doesn't actually cover it. I'll definitely try this though

i really prefer gw shades. it takes a shit ton of time because you really need to build up thin layers but it's way more transparent in the end.

I looked up the website and it says the paint is matt and opaque?? I wanna paint over tiny part of shiny metal and make it look like a shiny color metal.

Blue is, in fact, the hottest color of fire.

Could I water down my acrylic paint and use that as an ink?

kinda, it takes some practice though, best to just find a premixed ink in my opinion or games workshop contrast paints.

Not gonna lie, I'm really enjoying the fact that you maintain mediocrity but it still looks great. Keep it up!

When painting clear water elementals or air elementals water u can paint the bottoms blue air grey that way it cast that color hue through the mini tent u can paint the mini with dollar tree dollar store nail polish harder it gets rid of the cloudy hue the clear plastic has and makes the mini clear then u can dry brush water or dust accents on the mini if u want I usually leave them clear though unless the water elemental is really nice and needs akcenting for waves at its base
