Wow!!!!! I love the shadow of the vase on the table, and the shadows of the vase & table on the ground. I love how you painted the dainty flowers on the table cloth. I love the shiny milk jug. How I wish I can paint like that.

I love your style so much! I feel like I learn a little more about gouache with every video. I was wondering if it would be possible to provide the reference photos to your paintings? I think it'd be nice to see how you interpret colors and light and shadow.

Thank you Aidreu! I can’t include references in all of my videos (some of my videos do have references) because I rarely paint solely from photographs. Most of the times I use a number of sketches done “en plein air” along with some photos. These videos are just the recordings of my ordinary working sessions. Often times I can’t share all the materials that I used to create my paintings. Sometimes I don’t want to because of the poor quality of the references.

Dang gorgeous! What do you do when ya need to correct something?

You can easily paint on top of the already painted layers, or you can lift the paint in the area you don’t like, using a wet brush, and rework that area.
