I'm just starting to get into painting miniatures. I haven't done one yet. I am purchasing all the tools I need, but all I can say is that you truly do amazing work. I aspire to paint my miniatures like this. I definitely subbed.

I've actually been utilizing your 50-50 mix rule for my flesh tones and am already experiencing a lot of change in my paint jobs for the better because of it. I really enjoyed this video as well!

When I painted up my Wulfen I used similar techniques and layering took simply ages, hours to complete all 5 units but looked good when covered in mat varnish.

I've also seen olive green used as a base color for the skin tone and then highlighted up from there, very good for Greek subjects.

Great video as always but the best thing about this is you have your paper towel in shot! As a noob working out I needed to wick off excess paint was one of the most important lessons I learned.

Your minis look so cool, I am just getting into doing this. I have heard you say you use inks, what inks do you use? Thank you for the help and keep doing your amazing work.

How may you decide when to use method #1 (Base with a wash, then highlight) versus method #2 (Shade layer, Base layer, highlights (i.e., No Wash) ?

What is your least favorite part of the hobby? I will assume it's not painting. Do you hate cleaning and prepping or assembly or basing? For me it's cleaning, prepping, and assembly.

What material do you use when using HeroForge? I get the 3D production lines in my plastic. It’s not smooth.
