This is repeated coating no.. Primar usually very first time used.. Also for major colour change primer used.. Here if you prefer primer can be applied.... Cost saving ponit too we can avoid primer on coating on paint

കുറച്ച് ബ്ലീച്ച് എടുത്തു വെള്ളത്തിൽ കലക്കി ഒന്ന് അടിച്ച് ഇട്ടാൽ ഈ പായലോക്കെ "പമ്പ കടന്നേനെ" ചുമ്മാ ഇട്ട് ഉരയ്ക്കാതെ കണ്ടിട്ട് സഹിക്കുന്നില്ല അതുകൊണ്ടാ അഭിപ്രായം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത് .

See,a full procedure painting is costly for normal people.exterior primer is good before actual paint.but you can apply without it also
