Hello :)) genuine question; some time ago I bought a keychain very similar to yours (as far as the material is concerned) and I didn't know it had these films but, after a while of wearing the keychain, I could see the films on both sides (front and back) because they were coming off. So my question is i) how can someone know if there is this protective film on a keychain (if there is always one front and back) and ii) if the design on the keychain will wear off without the films. I love your keychains though!! 🥰💖

hello! in my personal experience i only knew it had a film over it because i had them made and i knew it would come with the film, but when i send them out i remove the film since its really hard to see and also effects the quality and the look of the keychains, sometimes the film looks scratchy or unclear. It wouldn't effect the design physically wearing off since the design itself is sitting inside layers of resin! it doesn't sit on the top of the keychain :) so the design is protected in there forever basically
