Here are the paints I am painting with :
- Lukas Permanent Orange
- Daniel Smith Rose of Ultramarine
- Sennelier Indian Yellow
- Daniel Smith Jadeite Genuine
With one watercolor brush : my Winsor and Newton Sable Pointed Round size 7, and also a blush make up brush!!!
I am painting on a watercolor sketchbook that we can't find online so I don't know anything about the paper but I really like it's cold press grainy side. 😊

In my area of the U.S. we have the same climate. =( I thought in Europe people drove on the left side of the road, I guess it’s not the case in France? Beautiful paintings!!! I’d love to paint like that. I’m training my brain to paint loosely, I try but then I end up not. I’ve seen old videos of yours on art supplies (book binding, plein air (spelling? lol)). This is the first painting vid I saw and now I’m curious and want to binge watch to see your other works! Thanks for sharing and for being contagiously energetic/enthusiastic!

i love how you painted the white lines on the road. more like painted around it but that's what's so beautiful about it :D this reminds me of a pair of colour combo i like to use that's similar. quin magenta and sap green. thank you for the sharing this process with us! XD

Yes, absolutely!! Painting around is still painting and negative painting is so fascinating and so effective!!! 🤩 Thanks for sharing this other mix you like! In the future, I may add Rose of Ultramarine in my bigger palette but probably not Jadeite as it's expensive and I thought maybe I would try the mix with other kind of greenish color. I used to mix Quin Fuchsia and Phthalo turquoise for a similar mix but not granulating but because Rose or Ultr. already granulates, maybe I'll try it with Phthlo turquoise for a nice blue grey or with sap green as you recommended. 😆

Hi Anne-Laure, I love how you make interesting the boring landscape of the plain. The landscape in my neighbourhood is like yours, more flat and with poplars. But I love its monotony, because it's where I live, in the north of Italy. Your palette is gorgeous! I love your art🥰
