pasta : traditional ragu made from scratch cooked slowly over 4/5 hours, but not with spaghetti. Tagliatelle all the way! curry : I always go for a chicken Balti but I have the meat from the tandoor, off the bone. Delicious!

Favourite pasta is a custom marinated chicken in peri peri, cayenne pepper and thyme with spicy chorizo and a cream sauce. Is like the human equivalent of a map and a lift kit.

I like the wheel and tyre combo with the height of the vehicle! The amount of gap between the top of the tyre and flares/guard is spot on! Well done, it looks the business, although if it was up me I wouldn’t be putting windows on the sides. Sometimes less is more. What size tyres are they?

You should have a pasta/curry night in the back of the defender with the boys. Get a table in between those rear benches. Can always rattle a load of those air fresheners in there afterwards to rid the smell. Ps my car stinks so I should probably have those air fresheners ken.
