Painting my parents’ engagement photo in oil paint

I’m working on this oil painting of my parents engagement photo that they lost. It’s their favorite photo of themselves and I’ve wanted to paint it since before I knew how to paint! In fact, I started a small version a long time ago but it was awful. Now that I kind of know what I’m doing, I’m painting it much bigger for them and I loved seeing their reaction to this work in progress video! My dad cried and my mom looked a little teary eyed and excited too. I can’t wait to finish it for them ❤️ they have helped me so much through the past few years but especially this year and I owe so much to them. They deserve to have a nice painting of themselves.
