This is beautiful Wendy! If I can learn to watercolour even half as good as you I will be happy. 😁I see something that you do that I don’t do and need to try is painting the flowers of the same colour anyways much closer to each other. I am always afraid of having them too close together, but that is part of what makes this composition so beautiful. Time to stop everything and pick up my watercolours again. 🎨

So so Beautiful. I am amazed that you can just make up a design and composition while you are painting. Did you have an idea drawn out? One thing i need to mention is the music. I find it chaotic and very fast. Anxiety making

I've appreciated your recent series about your use of a mother colour. It doesn't seem like you use one in this video - is this because you were going for brighter colours? I'm asking because I prefer brighter colours to a muted palette myself. Thank you for all your very helpful watercolour vids🎉👍🏼🤩

Because there was so much leftover pigment already in my palette, and I wasn't starting with clean wells, I think this painting had enough harmony going on that it didn't bother me that I wasn't using a mud mix. I like the results.

I wonder if you have the video playing on a higher than normal 1x speed? The other fix for this is that you simply turn the volume on the video down to zero if you don't like my music choices.
