BRILLANT!! I have the similar 'AFV Club' 1/35 Stryker MGS, but 2010 'Upgrade Type'..... BUT that idea of having those polarized view ports is Such a Great idea. I think I have some, going to try That Out!!

Great work very nice. Which colour would you use for ww2 periscopes
@TheScaleEngineer Жыл бұрын
thank you! ww2 periscopes were not polarized, so id leave them either dark grey or maybe a very deep blue-grey

Great video John! Neat trick with the nail foil, I was eyeing some of my wife's Cricket vinyl for the same purpose, but was thinking it may be too thick, this is probably a better way to go! And great job on the tools as well.

Thanks! Yeah the fact that it was super thin make it pretty nice to work with, but super fragile at the same time

That's the stuff I use too That nail film! Much cheaper than afv clubs pre cut stuff actually think they look better aswell!

Thanks for tutorial. Tell me please, what kind of glue do you use?
@TheScaleEngineer2 жыл бұрын
Elmers lol, nothing fancy! The clear coat really helps seal it in
@TheScaleEngineer2 жыл бұрын
If you can’t get Elmer’s, any water-based PVA (white glue) will work
