Love them so much. Billie is really maturing as a big sister and exploring her creativity, just like mom! Ive been movin my dye and sewing spaces out to my garage and I found so many art projects from when my don was little. He is 18 now and graduating high school so... it fills my heart to the breaking point looking at his early exploration of art. Seeing it, I can picture his little hands... 🥹 There is so much life in those overalls now. They are part of your family history.

Thank you for the lovely video. Could you kindly say what you have used apart from the pigment in the colour: water and??? I am a felter and it would be so cool if I could dye myself silk to make Nunofelt. Although I have two gardens and also lots of dyeing plants I was so far reluctant of dyeing myself because I just do not want to use alum or any other chemical mordant. Iron water would be ok, but is not suitable for bright colours. Have you ever tried to use just soya milk for silk (and light cotton) and then e.g. done your wonderful flower printing (the one where you use the hammer) ? Does it keep the colours if mordanted beforehand just with soya milk? I understand from your video that you just let the paintings done with pigment colour dry? No heat setting? How did the colours keep after several washings?
