Yes 100%, The Benchmark Abrasives flap disc are the best I've ever used and they definitely hold up great, I just bought 2 of their Mixed Specials where you just pay Shipping and they send you 10 Mixed Flap Disc, But they send you 3 - 40 Grit Disc, 3 - 60 Grit Disc, 3 - 80 Grit Disc & 1 - 120 Grit Disc and these 2 kits that I got which is 6 - 40G, 6 - 60G, 6 - 80G & 2 - 120G Disc will last me for forever bc they just last and last and last and even when they look like they are ready for the trash, I bet anything it'll still work... They are absolutely the best Flap Disc out there IMO...

Some guys spray the Rustoleum but add a touch of hardener for a harder surface. For the price they are hard to beat. Now if they would just make spray cans that kept their charge! I return about 25% of the cans I buy full of paint but no pressure! That is way too high a failure rate. I also use a lot of bulk Rustoleum and it brushes very well and much more economical. The cans are so handy for the small projects and don't need clean up afterwards.

Looks Great ! Dupli-Color is a great product--especially in the engine compartment area with all the caustic fluids. I've used it for years with great success. Especially when you have to go back and do some touch up. JMO but 1 thing I've found with Rustoleum is to 1 use black primer for black paint--not the brown or grey--as you have already found with the chips. 2. scuff the primer before top coating and it tends to bond better. Just what i've done over the years and it seems to work good. I still think you should keep a 12v cummins in the back of your mind for a possible future upgrade. That body would be trick with a 12valve. Doin a bang up job !

Why did you use ammonia? I've never heard of that until now. The chassis looks primo! My experience with Rust-oleum is that it's soft for a super long time. But after a few months (on my trailer) it's tough. I used a bucket and a brush, though. So it was thick.
