Yes you can! But clean them properly and use the spray I suggested

Can I put Satin Clear coat after I Spray paint my Dashboard? I used a different brand but it looks dull so I want to give it a little gloss like original paint.

Shouldn't put clear as it will reflect the sun and hurt your eyes, that's why all dashboards are dull textured
