I made one with PVC and it is operational in about 10 minutes. The liner will be useless after one spray job due to the amount of dust that accumulates. Even with high flow intake, overspray (dust) will accumulate on the walls. I replace my wall/ceiling material each job.

I can't recall. I think it is 1" but might be 1.5"
