Pajero Flashing Center Diff Lock Light - FIXED!

Thank you so much bro, i changed actuator and problem fixed there was vacum leak from actuator. Now i have new problem my AC LIGHT IS BLINKING, and ac does not cool. But again when i off my pajero and restarted the car. After 10 minutes eveything got normal. Then 1. Week. No any. Issues. Today again light started blinking, i reached office and after 2 hour i started car. Eveything was ok Can you tell me why this AC LIGHT IS BLINKING? Is this relay issue ??

The solenoids and actuator can be bench tested. However it requires special tooling like 12v DC ppwer source, vacuum pump, hoses and gauges.

Hii dear for me, when i drive 20 km non stop then center diff light flashes. When i restart my car this problem goes away, and i am able to change in all 4x4 modes untill i dnt drive 20 km. Now i changed front solonoid sensor that issue is coming again . Shall i change accutator ?? Some people say inside gear.⚙️ box there is 5 switches which also needs to be change Please help and reply

@@Muhanna_Ghanem before you change the actuator check vacuum hoses first. Or better yet replace the hoses as these are inexpensive. If it still doesn't fix it then replace the actuator.

@@xEmong3x bro. I service advisor at Mitsubishi Bahrain 🇧🇭 , told me. 1. Change front valve 2. Change. Actuator 3. There are 5 switches inside the gearbox. , gearbox has to be lowered and these switcheshas to be changed . Now when I engage all 4x4 gears ⚙️ everything is working. Only when i drive 20 km non stop light is flashing. 1. I changed front solenoid switch 2. Vacum hose i made people check it looks all good 3. Do you think. The switches inside gearbox. Must have gone bad ??

@Muhanna_Ghanem if the vacuum hoses are more rhan 10 yrs old replace them. They are inexpensive anyway just to eliminate the possibility of a vacuum leak. Also try shifting to 4H before starting. If you drive on 4h and the CDL does not flash then the problem is vacuum leak on the hoses or the diff actuator.

REPLACE 4X4 F/W ENGAGE SWITCH ACTUATOR, FREEWHEEL SWITCH, FREEWHEEL CLU REPLACE 4X4 TRANSFER MODE SWITCH SWITCH, T/F G/SHF POS SWITCH, T/F G/SHF POS SWITCH, T/F G/SHF POS SWITCH, T/F G/SHF POS SWITCH, T/F G/SHF POS

@RRmedia23 try mo shidt sa 4H and drive mo lang for a few days. Kapag hindi nag blink sa 4H ibig sabihin may vacuum leak or sira na solenoids.
