Hi, I ended up not doing this. Mainly due to losing interest :) However, it was a matter or drilling out some blanks and getting the right sockets and bulbs. The wiring harness plug (when you unplug the whole light assembly) has all the required wires there for all lights - so the best option is to swap the lights themselves. It’ll cost a little more but a nicer setup. There are cheap eBay ones, including LED, but my pick is to find taillights for the NS Pajero SWB short wheel base. 2006. The LWB version has different lights, but the SWB version has 100% compatible light fixtures and they look a lot more modern. They’ll just clip in and plug in. I’ve been meaning to do exactly this, getting seem from a wrecker or similar.
