Iman, the original khansama of Tunde Kebab, was a 'tunda' or a person with only one arm. The story is that he could skewer the Seenk Kebab , with only his one good hand. The kebab which Sunny Bhai tried is galauti kebab, the story is, one of the nawabs had very bad n decayed teeth, thus couldn't eat normal non veg dishes, so the galauti kebab, was invented for him. Galauti (comes from the word 'gaal', kyunki yeh gaal ke andar, gal or melt, ho jata hai) 😊

Bara Imambara, a mosque in Lucknow, Nawab Asaf-ud- daula ke waqt mei banwai gayi thi garib majdooron ko aam/employment dene ke liye jab sookha pada tha yahan. Awadh ki capital pehle Faizabad / Ayodhya ke paas thi, jisko Nawab Asaf-ud- daula ne 1775 ke aas-[aas badal kar Lucknow kiya tha.

Bowli has been a traditional thing symbolising nawab construction later it was adopted by many hindu kings and ruler and they widely used it in their construction. Since nawabs were only confined to small region , Bowli was popularized by hindu kings mainly in the later history and people often get confused about its origin.

The basic idea behind imambara is that a severe famine was faced by Awadh during the reign of Nawab Asaf ud daula, since Nawab is very rich he can provide free food and other things which required at that time but it was suggested to him by there ministers that freebies are not good so it was decided that the Imambara was constructed and people will work in it and in return they will get their wages. Since the Talukdars of Awadh also affected by it so they also requested to Nawab to help them by giving them some work. But there is a problem that they don't work in daylight as if locals see them to work, it will downgrade their prestige so it will be decided that they work in the night. Since the time pd. of famine was long the construction of Imambara provide big relief to people of Awadh.

astonishing lack of awareness about muslim names. the tourist guy kept saying... asaf-ud-daulah... asaf-ud-daulah, it was written also, and these both, at the end of video are calling siraj-ud-daulah. siraj-ud-daulah was bengal nawab, he is famous for his war with mirjafar. asaf-ud-daulah is comparatively a low profile nawab. his father was shuja-ud-daulah. shuja is different from siraj.
