Kyu ki wo sirf Hydroelectric dam hai aur usse Water kahi aur sirf nahi kiya jata hai. Wo bas bijli banane ke liye hi use hota hai. Aur wo allowed hai under Treaty.

There is a river name Brahmaputra flowing through all the North East India and divert towards Bangladesh. Few years ago because of the monsoon all area around river Get flooded every year. Government build dams over there and flood stop and started generated electricity. 👍🏻
