Namaste. Ji nahi, Ayurved mein kewal Urad ki Dal aur Dahi ka sath mein sevan karna varjit hai. Moong ki Dal, Chane ki Dal ya Toor ki dal ka dahi ke sath sewan kiya ja sakta hai. We can see both moong dal and curd share almost same nutrition properties and this makes sense that we can eat both together. Curd with moong dal would not only enhance the taste, but also increase the quantity and quality of the food. Generally, Indian people eat khichdi of moong dal with curd. Combination of khichdi and curd not only calms the digestive system, but also improves immunity and energy. Khichdi and curd together make a high protein diet. They are a great source of macro-nutrients. Curd should not be boiled.... only(individually). As curd will get curdled upon heating. But it can be boiled and consumed while mixing with other ingredients. For example : "kadhi" is curd mixed with gram flour or chana dal flour and works perfectly well. Lot of vegetable gravies in Rajasthan and Gujrat are made by mixing masalas in curd and then cooking. There is a way to everything. And Curd and Buttermilk are two different things. We have used buttermilk in our recipe not curd. I hope I was able to answer your queries. Thank You so much for watching our video.

We never said 4 ghante ye 1 prahar ke liye pakana hai. we said 1 prahar ke liye bhigona hai. Bhigona matlab soak karna hai chhachh mein 4 hours ke liye. Aaj bhi jab gharo mein chhilke wali moong ki daal banti hai to usse overnight ya 8 ghante soak kiya jata hai paani mein.

Main maafi chahta hu agar aapko aisa laga to par humein bilkul bhi bura nahi laga. Main pehle wale prahar se confuse ho gaya tha. Meri galti hain. Humne bhi ye show kitab mein se research karke hi banaya hai. Daal ko bas tabtak pakana hai jabtak wo gal na jaye. Kyunki main chulhe pe paka raha hun aur chulhe ki aanch samay ke sath halki hoti chali jati hai isliye 1 prahar lagta hai. agar aap gas par ya pressure cooker mein paka rahe hon to bas tabtak pakayiye jabtak wo gal na jaye.
