Majority of the accidents (any transport) occur because of the over confidence of drivers. More experienced drivers take more risk and adventures much of this end up with accidents. Safest way is to depend upon drivers with medium experience (or even less experience) as they take maximum care to reach the destination in at most safest way. As far as Pilots are concerned they should obey 100% with ATS instructions once they reach in their surveillance irrespective of their experience and seniority.

Captain, Landing gear down ചെയ്യാൻ മറന്നതുകാരണം belly landing നടത്തി അതിന് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും പറന്നുയർന്നു engines നന്നായി runway യിൽ ഉരഞ്ഞു damage ആയതിനാൽ കുറച്ച് സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ shutdown ആയി altitude കുറവായതിനാൽ ഒരുപാട് ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല 😥
