Pakistan doesn’t even understand the Wind pattern in Indian subcontinent. In months of oct to jan wind flows from Lahore and further west to eastern parts (Delhi to Lucknow). Therefore burning Rice stalks in Pakistan, Punjab and Haryana flows east towards Delhi and causes pollution. Due to the Aravali Hills just below Delhi and Heat Island Effect in the Delhi’s concrete jungle the Heat dome effect takes place trapping the air leading to sustained high pollution in the city. Cities like Mumbai and Bangalore don’t face such Air pollution because they have easy wind flow pattern.

they speak urdu which is similar to hindi in speaking and uses the same words but urdu is written in persian script and hindi in devanagari script.
