What is sad they don't realize that Pakistan is nowhere near the top teams today. They conveniently try to not talk about India's rise in Hockey again because they know they are no longer a top team in Hockey and they can't compete in World Hockey anymore.

They shouldn't talk about India's rise. Frankly speaking i would be utmost happy if a Pakstan sport show is complete without words like "humsaya mulk/pados ka mulk/paas ke mulk ko dekhe" "india ye kar raha hai, india wo kar rha hai". They sell lollypop to their viewers on sports shows. "Humne huqumat ki" blah blah ... Recently they lost sh00tout to japan in azlan shah final and celebrated like theres no tomorrow "hockey ka revival/sunehra daur" etc.

Hockey is one of the most difficult games in the world. Way more difficult than cricket. Navigating a ball with sticks requires immense skill. Then you need 'team' strategies. Then you need to avoid the various kinds of penalties & avoid hitting knees and legs of other players. Then you need speed and energy. It requires immense talent, skill and dare-I-say IQ to play this game.

Good for India but unfortunately our Pakistani people are so morally bankrupt and intellectually dishonest and this vlog is proof of that Munaafqat in which chacha jaan is saying Indian hockey is nowhere. How much more bigger liar our Pakistanis want to be? Our Munaafiq people don’t want to open eyes and see the rise of Indian hockey, they are not only the Asian champs but also the last two Olympic medalists, but our country cannot even qualify- the reason is this moral degradation and munaafqat as shown by this video. In 1986 Pakistan lost to south Korea in the Asian games final and kaleemullah famous fight that day Pakistan lost its place in Asia as well. But in 1986 the only positive thing which happened with Pakistan Hockey was the Shahbaz Senior debut the guy who helped us winning the champions trophy and world cup in 1994.

This is why everyone should support BCCI "dadagiri" because BCCI will not allow any rule in cricket that would effect the performance Asian players. Had we were strong in international hockey senirio we would have not allowed "Astro turf" and our would not have declined. After astro turf the style of hockey changed from flare, dribbling to "muscle power" and physical endurance so it helped European countries rather than Asia.

Indian hockey ki performance hi tab sey theek hui hai jab sey 15 minute key four quarters honey lgey hai.verna india ney last time specially 5sey 10minute key beech hundreds mey match haarey hai. Stamney ki kami thhi europeans physically strong hai. Ab jab sey 5minute break rule aya hai.indian players compete well. Or ab indian hockey change b hui hai asian eurpion style mix dekha jata hai. Short passes phir ek dam long passes . Or eurpion key khilaf indian players jo shotey skupe use kerney lgi hai. Voh very successful sabit hue hai specially belgium holland key khilaf jo man to man marking kertey hai.

Reasons are many. Key reasons are that favourites are selected over merit, deserving players not selected on district level, very low monetary benefits, corrupt selectors, hardly any grounds, very few tournaments, hockey has become very expensive to play, non hockey people involved in administration, boys don't play on the streets and in parks any more, meaning a shrinking pool of players at grass root level. You can talk as much as you want. But not addressing the real issues will make hockey obsolete in Pakistan. What happens in India, Germany, Belgium, Korea, France does not matter. Get the army, the beaureaucrats out of it. It will become better.
