Let's not forget this is only the tip of the iceberg. The real expenses are hidden in the civilian budget (e.g. all military pensions, etc.) The real figure is over 80%. And let's not forget the land stolen for DHAs and giveaways to retired faujis. And lately, 20% of land area of Punjab was stolen under the pretence of "agriculture development" by the army (God knows how much is being stolen from other provinces). Even before this, Army men were the single biggest agri land holders. While we are at it, let's remember the Army's business conglomerate which is worth some $90 Billion.
