Pakistan was created to serve the interests of Britain and the USA. They created it to halt the Soviet Expansion in the Indian-subcontinent. To know why Jinnah demanded for a separate state you should read the book " Facts are Facts: The Untold Story of India's Partition" by Abdul Wali Khan

Even in some sector they were far more advanced than India and they were improving their infrastructure under Western influence and Help. But time change just before the Afghan Jihad started against Soviet Union . CIA and western power looked Pakistan as a checkpoint to counter Communist ideology and that's where Gen. Zia ul haq sold his country's fate for just some dollars . Many Madarsa were opened suddenly in Pakistan and under military rule they started radicalising mass population so that Afghan Jihad should be continued against Soviet Union. But Reverse card played by God when Soviet Union left and now the war starved radicalised people started biting its own master and thats why Pakistan is here

In May 1954, Pakistan signed the Mutual Defense Assistance Agreement with the United States. Later in that year it became a member of SEATO along with the United States, Britain, France. In next year, 1955 Pakistan joined CENTO, thus Pakistan became *ally* of ( USA )/Western Powers Pakistan 🇵🇰 has been getting unconditional benefits since its creation. The Reason we all know.
