Pakistan's Government Institutions Complicit in Fake Degrees' Proliferation

The Higher Education Commission, mandated to maintain quality in university education turned a blind eye to fake degrees. This also done by the Election Commission which did not examine the degree certificates of legislators, and this has caused a crisis of governance in Pakistan.
