Tell me genius how would the 1.1B$ half year tranche of IMF would make Pakistan rich or even stable? The issue nowadays is there are bunch of idiots claiming to be intellectuals and economists and bashing Pakistan and feeling proud. Pakistan only needs IMF for structural reforms, anyone with 20 iq would know that 7B$ in 3 years isn't enough for a country. It's just assurance and emergency support so that credit rating agencies upgrade a country's rating so that it could issue bonds and attract FDI.
