Section 298 of the Pakistan Penal code openly allows prosecution, imprisonment and death for those who identify as Ahmadi Muslims, a minority Islamic movement in Pakistan. Since 2010 over 200 Ahmadi Muslims have been killed inside their mosques by suicide bombs and vigilante mobs. ‘There were threats written on the walls of our rooms, saying “we will kill you”’, says a doctor who was expelled from medical school for her religion. Ahmadiyya's are restricted from working, voting, owning a passport or declaring themselves as Muslim. ‘It’s like a constant trauma’, says one Ahmadi woman. ‘They think it’s a kind of reward, killing Ahmadi people’, says another. Section 298 takes us into the heart of the Pakistani Ahmadi community as they fight to keep their families, community and traditions alive.

I'm an Indian(Hindu jat) and have many friends as where I live, there are couple of Muslim majority village near that area Some of them are from Ahmadia community. When I went to college, there were couple of guys from Bohra community also I can say, people from these two communities(Ahmad, bohra) are most chill I ever met, they are hard working No hard feelings towards anyone though

Killing or treating bad anyone is wrong in Islam and I am totally against it. Rest about the Ahmadi issue, they are non Muslims and so do clearly mentioned by Pakistan constitution. Anger and violence against them is not justifiable at any circumstances but this community should also adopt itself as minority and obey Pakistan constitution, vote and take part in Pakistan prosperity. This will help not only them to ease tension but help to get rid of rumours about them in society. But unfortunately Ahmadi have adopted a totally against approach which is not helping but fueling further violence. No, they are absolutely not, there are only two main sects Shia and Sunni around the world and them and the sub sects had all agree on the one very basic principle of being Muslim. That Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last messenger and Nabi. The same said by the Prophet (peace be upon him) by himself. your comparison is terrible. Ahmadiyyas identity as muslims unlike jews and christians, they believe in tawhid (oneness of god) unlike the christians, they believe in Muhammad unlike jews and christians. They also follow 5 pillars of Islam like ordinary muslims: They say Shahada, they pray their 5 salah, they pay zakat, they do ramadan and hajj like ordinary muslims too. Do they follow the 6 articles of faith? Yes they do. They believe in ONE God, they believe in the angels of God, they believe in God's books, they believe in the prophets of God, they believe in the Day of Judgement, and they believe in God's predestination. Yes they may not believe that Muhammad is the last prophet but they are just ignorant and we should not call them non-muslims.
