You should of left the airport and gone sightseeing in dubai transit visa or if there was no earlier flight they should of given you a hotel

so the on arrival visa and hotel facilities are for people booking via emirates. our flight was booked via air canada and emirates was just code sharing one leg. for that you have to apply for visa 2 weeks before which we did not know ☻️

Welcome back, why not you request for hotel if the transit is more than 8 hrs ? ( as per rule) Second if any luggage is damage, report on spot at the same Airline counter for complain/ reimburse

Should have taken a transit visa and get a hotel. I could never do it before a 12 hour flight to Canada. I would go eat in Dubai and get a nice 8 hour sleep.
