Paakshala in Sanskrit , literally means RASOI (Kitchen). In Tokri Chaat (Basket Chaat) the basket (Tokri) is made from Shredded Potato ( Aaloo Ka Laccha) fried like a basket shape. The filling contains pieces of boiled potato, onion, tomato, cucumber and pomegranate seeds, mixed with Crushed Papri and Bhalla, topped with sweet Tamarind (Imli) and spicy Mint Chutney, Thick Yogurt and Nylon Sev (Fine Vermicelli). Katori Chaat alag hoti hai, vo sirf fruits se banayi jati hai. Ek bade fruit me scoop se hole karne ke baad dusre fruits ke pieces Dale jate hai, topped with Chaat Masala and no Yogurt.

Paneer is very easy to make at home , just put vinegar to warm milk , within few mins the paneer will be separated from water (whey) , just strain it .. the left water called whey is used to make whey protein powders ..
