It's not that all people like to stay in such apartments. It's that people don't have any choice. An simple 3 bhk apartment alone can cost crores of rupees. So a middle class salaried person simply cannot afford to buy a house which can cost multiple crores. Although these apartments offer some good amenities & security but lacks space. They are only suitable for nuclear families with 3/4 family members at max.

It is NIKKOO HOMES and not NUKKU HOMES., situated in Bharatiya City, which is a mixed use facility. It has huge offices, Bharatiya City Mall along with Nikkoo Homes. He verbally told properly but wrongly mentioned on the screen. Like this there are several gated communities which has mixed use facilities in Bengaluru.

There is no New Bangalore or old Bangalore, it has expanded due to lot of IT industries and forign companies, Name any foreign company its here in Bangalore not one they have 2-3 or more branches. The name if the area itself indicates what is there like - Electronic city, ITPL, etc. More apartments now a days to accomdate outsiders who finds and prefer to work here than any other city in India. Bengaluru is Silicon city of India. Out skirts of Bengaluru which were villages have become IT hub and apartments have come up there.

It's Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes and it's 200 acre of project with 60-70 acre residential and 140 acres given for commercial, where you have tech parks and lots of companies inside the complex , the mall which you see is not mall that's luxury section by Bhartiya City called Leela Residences a joint venture of Bhartita group and Leela hotels it's Leela residences spacious 2500-3800 sqft 4 bhk apartments,abodes which costs around 2-3 cr and the apartment which was shown in videos is costing around 1.2 to 1.3 cr for 1800 sqft and if it's 2 bhk it will cost around 70-80 lakhs here in Bangalore , I used to stay in 1500 sqft 3 bhk here in Bhartiya City about 2 years ago. and talking about mall, it has a seperate area given for mall called mall of bengaluru which has all your international brands, H&M.m,Zara and Aramani Gucci etc
